FINANCIAL REPORT (Laura Payne)

Since September, nearly $5,000 has been received in donations to the Heritage Group fund. This is great, keep them coming! This has bumped the endowed portion of the fund to approx. $130,000.

Laura also said that we may be able to return to our usual meeting place (A137) for the next meeting, but at this time the North Gym is booked for the January and February meetings. If there are any changes, communications will be sent out. Food and drink will likely be offered at the January meeting, however attendees are also welcome to bring their own coffee, or purchase a drink at the Voyageur café.

At present, because of COVID, parking is scramble in the South and West parking lots. Parking services will also no long have a staff member present in the parking booth, so for future meetings, license plates will be collected ahead of time and provided to parking services. Meeting attendees can then park anywhere they like free of charge.

Tuesday, November 30, there will be a donor event and campaign launch at the new Innovation Centre. There will be opportunities to volunteer at this event and information about this will be emailed out soon.
