Inaugural RRC RED Forum

Red River College is hosting an inaugural 1st RED Forum. This is a day for ALL RRC employees.
RED stands for:
Relationships – The day will be filled with opportunities to connect and network.
Education – Professional Development sessions and keynote presentations are scheduled.
Direction – Hear from the President on his vision and where the College is headed.
Attend the Opening Ceremonies, breakfast, all day networking space, games, lunchtime Food Trucks, and more.
We are looking for volunteers to assist with RED Forum. As a volunteer you will receive a t-shirt, lunch voucher, opportunity to take part in sessions and an opportunity to network with friends.

If you have the time and would like to spend the day volunteering, please sign up for more than one position. Just ensure they do not overlap.
Registration
Duties: Ensure attendees fill out a name badge, provide them with a lanyard, forum booklet and other items. Answer questions and other duties as they arise.
Directional support
Duties: Greet guests on arrival, provide directional assistance and other duties as they arise.
PD session support
Duties: Be available when speakers are setting up and notify media services with any technical issues, be available to assist when needed.
Keynote handler
Duties: Meet the Keynote presenter, provide escort to the gym, assist with the sound check, and provide escort to and from the green room. Ensure they are comfortable and the green room is stocked with water.
Networking room Hosts
Duties: Make sure the networking space is inviting. Ensure there is always music playing, coffee, water and popcorn available, tidy up if required, keep garbage’s emptied, keep the video loop playing.
Game hosts
Looking for energetic, outgoing volunteers to run our minute to win it games. Invite RRC staff to challenge each other to a friendly game, hand out prizing and keep the energy up.
