Whether you are Christian or not, the cold commercialism and frenetic business at this time of the year can easily drown out those tidings of comfort and joy, if we let them. With the ghost of COVID-Christmases-past still haunting us, 2022 promises a better season of joyful gathering for many of us – weather permitting. For others, unfortunately, this is a time of loneliness or, at best, of vicarious enjoyment.
Whatever your circumstances, I wish you all the best that the season has to offer, and that 2023 will be even better than 2022. Merry Christmas!
