We are sad to report that Joyce Dixon passed away peacefully at the Riverview Health Care Centre on Sunday, December 28, 2014.  Joyce taught “English” for many years at Red River  College and upon her retirement was honoured with a scholarship fund in her name. Donations may be made in Joyce’s memory to The Stroke Recovery Association, Unit B, 247 Provencher Boulevard Winnipeg, Manitoba R2H 0G6. It is with extremely heavy hearts that we say goodbye to such a thoughtful and caring person.
