As the seasons change, so can your yoga practice. Holly from Kayfabe Yoga has recorded three brand new yoga sessions exclusively for RRC students and staff. Give these a try to support your overall wellness.
Each class is roughly 20 minutes long, focuses on a different goal, and is suitable for all ability levels.
Yoga With Holly (Live!)
You’re also welcome to join Holly live each Friday. For all of these sessions, participant cameras are turned off to maintain your privacy and bandwidth.
