“Hi folks…If you’re looking for some entertainment or something to do in July, you might want to consider the Fringe Festival centred around Old Market Square. Our theatre company has a one hour (-) drama with some comic moments in the fringe this year entitled “Travails with my Aunt.”

The story line is “An elderly lady, deteriorating with age and afflicted with progressive dementia, struggles to maintain her independence and to hide her memory loss despite encouragement from her nephew and his wife to give up her apartment and move into a seniors’ home. Ultimately, after a fall and injury, she is forced to enter a personal care home.”

The performance venue is Venue #10 – School of Contemporary Dance in the Crocus Building, 211 Bannatyne.

Performance dates are:

July 16  – 1:45 pm
July 17 – 7:00 pm
July 19 – 12:00 pm
July 20 – 5:15 pm
July 21 – 10:15 pm
July 23 – 3:30 pm
